24-Hour Emergency Service
As you prepare to contact our emergency on-call message system and dispatch one of our on-call personnel, we wanted to let you know the current emergency rate schedule for this service.
Our clients with Generator maintenance plans or a members of our monthly subscription plans will be billed a standard rate policies.
All other clients will be subject to the minimum emergency call fee of 2-hours at $217.50 per hour. This minimum is to cover the time for our staff to leave their families, drive to our shop to get a service vehicle, then respond to your home provide 30-minites of trouble-shooting (additional time will be billed for beyond the original 30-minute troubleshoot for additional troubleshooting and repair plus any and all parts needed), return to our shop and then return to their families. All fees are to be paid at time of service, before they leave the home.
When you call listen carefully and follow the instructions to be transfered into our emergency on-call dispatch system. Please leave your name, phone number, address and the emergency situation you are dealing with. Our on-call emergency staff will then contact you on the phone to provided additional assessment of your current situation.
Not all calls are trul;y an emergency, our on-call staff will try to talk you through a situation and attempt to get you to the point of a normal hours call.
Our on-call staff reserve the right to refuse any call they do not deem an emergency or due to weather conditions they deem unsafe to travel in.
